Liz Takata Paralegal

Liz Takata joined TSH in 2022. Liz has been working in administrative and paralegal roles in insurance defence litigation since 2007. She obtained her paralegal certificate from Capilano University in 2017.

In her current role with TSH, she provides support in areas including bodily injury defence, property damage and casualty claims, municipal law defence, bylaw enforcement and subrogated claims. She works closely with the lawyers in the firm to assist in all aspects of file management including gathering and summarizing evidence, analyzing issues, drafting pleadings, court applications, bills of costs and lists of documents. She has experience with various document management support systems utilized for complex, document-intensive multi-party claims.
